WAVING GOODBYE TO JUNIOR HIGH

I still can't believe that my grade 10 life is nearly coming to an end. Compared to the past years, this year is a different one. This school year made me grow more as a person. Things were quite challenging but full of lessons. I also want thank my friends and everyone who has been there for me in the beginning up to now.  My MaxConi fam, whom I was with during the good and bad times. Our teachers, who taught us not only the lessons on each subject but also lessons in life that I will forever treasure. And to my family, who were always there to support me.             Now that  I am graduating as a junior high school student. I feel excited but at the same time, sad because I wouldn't be with my friends and classmates anymore. Looking forward for the next school next years!

DREAMS FOR THE FUTURE

One of the amazing things we have been given as humans is the unquenchable desire to have dreams of a better life, and the ability to establish goals to live out those dreams.          Most people have dreams. Big ones or small ones. Even the most successful people had dreams and that is what has made them what they are today. Dreaming is essential for a human being. Without dreams, you will lose interest in life and finally hate to live life. You will be bored and tired of the same monotonous routines of your daily life and will not even find interest in the most exciting things. Only with dreams, will you find a purpose to live your life. You will start working hard towards the dream and will never lose interest in life. You will never tire and always be motivated. This is the best way to become successful.        Dreams are necessary. Without dreams, there will be no ambition to chase. There will be no goal to reach. We will all be nothing without dreams. Not having dreams

117th ISNHS Foundation Day

Every year, we are celebrating our school's foundation day. Commemorating and giving importance to when it was established.        The school's foundation is celebrated on the month of March. The celebration is only 2 days long. On the first day, is the coronation of the generous candidates and they are ushered by the CAT officers of our school. The next day, we usually parade. From grades 7 to 12 accompanying the prince and princesses with the king and queen. On the afternoon, was the arrival of honors. And the highlight of the celebration,  we performed the dance we practiced. Every grade level has their own choreography and props.      Honestly speaking, our foundation day should be improved. I wish that they should make it more longer. More activities should be done, and to add more excitement, we should decorate more our school.

THE KEY IS ME....

Blessed with intellect and a set of skills, we, the human race, have been placed on Earth for a purpose, and it is our duty in life to discover exactly what that purpose is. As stated in the Bible, “to whom much is given, much is expected.” I believe giving back to society is, quite simply, a responsibility.        Changing the world begins with improving who we are on the inside. We each have a unique identity and our own distinct thoughts. These thoughts often propel us to act. So, by mindfully centering our thoughts in a positive direction, we can improve our actions and thus our character. The positive impact I can make starts within myself; by becoming a truly giving person, I can change the world. While self-improvement may seem a passive process, it’s actually a challenge requiring daily practice. It involves continually controlling my thoughts and actions to determine the type of person I want to be. My mission to positively change the world begins with self-i

It Begins with YOU

Every new year, people always say "New Year, New Me", but the question is, are they really changing or let's say changing because it is on the trend?  I always believed that change comes on a process. It takes a lot of courage for a person to change and become better. We even make our own new year's resolution but at the end, we aren't really changed.           If a person is really down for a change, he will not wait for new year just for him to do.  Every day of your life is a new beginning, not just the first day of the year.  You can make daily resolutions, not just New Year Resolutions.  Regard every day as the beginning of your new, better, and happier life. Start every day of the year with feelings of happiness and with the anticipation that great and wonderful things are going to happen.   reference: https://www.integratedlifestrategies.ca/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/change.jpg

EQUALITY IS THE KEY!!!!

Image
Everyone in the world has always been longing for equality. It  is not always about treating everyone the same it is about treating people in such a way that the  outcome   for each person can be the same . This means putting things in place to support people to achieve similar outcomes.       Equality of outcome can be achieved by making sure that everyone is supported to have access to resources and decision making and to be recognised, valued and respected. When supports are not put in place it usually results in exclusion even if this is not intended  because people from marginalised situations do not feel or know that they can attend a group, even if the mission statement says it is open to all. By following the checklists in Access All Areas you will discover a range of supports that can be put in place to offer a service based on the principal of equality of outcome.       Interculturalism promotes interaction, collaboration and exchange between peopl
